Shipping policy

KinetiQ Store, a brand owned and operated by Luke Bennie Global Studios LLC, provides custom-printed, made-to-order apparel and accessories. Because our products are manufactured specifically for you at the time of purchase, our shipping process consists of two distinct phases: Processing (Production) and Shipping (Transit).

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All items at KinetiQ Store are custom-made upon order.

  • Standard Production Time: Most orders are processed and printed within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Mountain Standard Time) will begin processing the following business day.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as holidays), production times may extend by an additional 2 to 3 business days.

Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time. Your total time to delivery is Production Time + Shipping Time.

2. Shipping Estimates & Transit Times

Once your order has completed the production phase, it is handed over to our shipping carriers. We ship globally from multiple production facilities to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.

Estimates are based on standard shipping methods. While we make every effort to meet these windows, transit times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

  • Calculation: Exact shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.
  • Free Shipping: If KinetiQ Store is running a free shipping promotion, it will be automatically applied to eligible orders at checkout.

4. Order Tracking & Notifications

Transparency is our priority.

  • Confirmation Email: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • Shipment Notification: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we will send a shipment confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.
  • Separate Shipments: To ensure the fastest delivery, items in a multi-item order may be produced at different facilities and may ship separately. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

5. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

Luke Bennie Global Studios LLC ships to most international destinations.

  • Import Responsibilities: For international orders, the customer is the importer of record. You are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country's local government.
  • Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in the destination country.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Luke Bennie Global Studios LLC is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the carrier marks a package as "Delivered," Luke Bennie Global Studios LLC is no longer liable for the package. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier directly to file a claim.
