Refund policy
KinetiQ Store, a brand owned and operated by Luke Bennie Global Studios LLC, provides custom-printed, made-to-order apparel and accessories. Because our products are manufactured specifically for you at the time of purchase, we adhere to the following industry-standard policies regarding returns and refunds.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Buyer’s Remorse: Including "change of mind" or items no longer being required.

Sizing or Color Errors: Please consult the size charts provided on each product page before finalizing your order to ensure a proper fit.

Shipping Address Errors: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer during checkout.
Damages and Manufacturing Defects
We are committed to quality. If an item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. To initiate a claim for a replacement, please contact our support team at support@kinetiqstore.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Your email must include:

A clear photograph showing the damaged or defective area of the item.
In the rare instance that a replacement is unavailable (e.g., the item is discontinued), we will provide a store credit or a full refund to the original payment method.
Cancellations
To ensure rapid delivery, orders are transmitted to our production facilities immediately. Cancellations or modifications are not possible once an order has entered the "In Production" stage. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact support@kinetiqstore.com; however, we cannot guarantee that the production process can be halted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Under European Union law, residents generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, please be advised that this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As KinetiQ Store products are custom-printed upon order, they are exempt from standard "return-for-any-reason" policies.
